Time for the small print 


All Ceremonies offer the following:


Free of charge

  • An Initial meeting of up to an hour. Face to face or by zoom / Skype depending on distance and preference. 
  •  Following this meeting, I will hold your potential date for five working days. I do not charge a holding fee in this time.

The price of the ceremony is inclusive of all the services listed.


  •  Email and telephone support, to help ease any worries you may have during the planning process.
  •  Creation of a Bespoke ceremony.
  •  A rehearsal if you require one,  dependent on distance from NP10.
  •  The delivery of your beautiful ceremony.
  • For Weddings / renewal of Vows and  Commitment ceremonies, I only take one ceremony a day so my time is yours even if your ceremony is delayed.
  • My professionalism and  expertise on the day of your ceremony. 
  • A copy of the ceremonial certificate which can be signed as part of your ceremony.
  • A keepsake copy of your ceremony in a presentation box. 
  • Travel is included up to 30 miles from NP10.

Optional extras

  •  All extra unity ceremonies are charged at £50 each (Supplies for ceremonies can be supplied by us if required, and will be charged at cost.)
  • Travel costs Over 30 miles distance from NP10 is calculated at £0.40 per mile.
  •  Accommodation costs for any ceremony  over 100 miles from  NP10 is charged at cost.

Once you have decided on your date and time, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking. This is held for 14 days after which your booking is confirmed and work will commence.


Final payment for your Ceremony is required in full by BACS 6 weeks before your ceremony date. If your ceremony is an elopement or is a short notice ceremony to take place within 6 weeks, full fees are required on booking.




Covid Amendment 2020

Due to the unpredictability of the Corona Virus and its impact on ceremonies now and in the future. Elizabeth-Anne will offer a FREE TRANSFER OF DATES to a mutually convenient date if an official lock down prevents your ceremony from taking place. All current or future social distancing or other rules will be strictly adhered to. It is the responsibility of the client to liaise with Elizabeth-Anne Celebrant when looking to book a new date. If Elizabeth-Anne is already booked and can not commit to he new date, the deposit will not be refunded to work already started. If the wedding is cancelled at the point of the wedding and the client chooses a date not available to Elizabeth-Anne then no money will be refunded, but the full script will be made available to the client so they may pass it on to a new celebrant or have a friend or relative deliver the ceremony.  These  potential lock down changes may come into force at short notice but we will keep in touch with any advice that we are given from local or central government.
